18’ - 1965 Chris Craft Cavalier Custom Ski Boat. This Cavalier Custom Ski boat is an older restoration that now needs minimal care again to get her back in the water. The former owner spent long hours restoring her and his whole family spent even more hours on Lake Wylie together in this Cavalier. Conditions require that the family allow this boat now to go to another family for another generation of enjoyment. It is a good solid boat overall, but has been sitting up for a few years so will probably require a thorough going over to get her back hitting the waves. It does appear, though, to be a very good starting point. Hull and floors are all wood and are solid. There is a small damaged area to port stern below the gunwale (See photo) and there are minor scratches and scrapes to both port and starboard. A general inspection did not expose any serious or comprehensive wood damage. The engine is the original 210hp 327 F Chris Craft that should require only a little coaxing to be ready to pull skiers again. It is a very clean boat. This boat is being held at Gregory Marine in Rock Hill, SC. They have extensive experience and a superior reputation and would be happy to talk with any prospective buyer about the condition of the boat and can do any and all repair work at the buyer’s request.
