This mild custom was built from a great original survivor. I believe this car was repainted once during its’ lifetime and still sports most of her original interior. The door panels and carpet have been replaced. The car was lowered 2 inches and converted to 12 volts before I acquired her in 1998. In 2002 the following work was completed: • 331 cid engine was rebuilt by Carl McQuillen Racing Engines and “hopped up” by using 390 cid heads and manifolds. A 600 CFM Edelbrock and an electronic ignition keep her running smooth. • 4 speed Hydramatic transmission was rebuilt • Coker wide white radial tires installed • Front suspension rebuilt • Radiator was re-cored • Brakes, steering, shocks and battery were also rebuilt or replaced. I have driven this car 12,000 miles since the rebuild was completed. She runs strong and cool. If you are looking for a solid reliable Cadillac to cruise cross-town or cross-country, THIS IS THE ONE
